Prozora provides web development, UI/UX design, video editing, SEO, social media marketing, and chatbot integration services. Each engagement is governed by a separate agreement or proposal that defines scope, timeline, and pricing.

3. Quotes and pricing

Estimates shown on this site (including the instant quote generator) are rough ranges for planning, not final quotes. Final pricing is confirmed in a written proposal before work begins.

4. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, supply content and materials in a timely way, and ensure you have the rights to any content, brand assets, or data you provide to us.

5. Intellectual property

We retain ownership of our tools, processes, and pre-existing materials. Upon full payment, ownership of the specific deliverables created for your project transfers to you. Third-party tools and libraries remain subject to their own licences.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties will keep confidential any non-public information shared during a project, except where disclosure is required by law.

7. No warranties & limitation of liability

The website and our services are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prozora is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or services.

8. Termination

Either party may end an engagement per the terms of the relevant proposal. You may stop using the website at any time.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
